Upon seeing this Aegon yelled an instruction to Balerion in Valyrian. The dragonlord had drawn his sword Blackfyre and turned in his saddle to face the side where Balerion's wing was being grasped by the mammoth-rider.

Mortifer flips the axe around in his grip, using the pointy end as a makeshift pickaxe to climb towards the rider and hack at the beast at the same time. After all his times climbing the Wall in his youth, this was child's play.
"I'M COMING FOR YOU!" he bellowed at the rider like a madman, climbing towards him. "I'm going to peel off your skin, dry it out in the sun, and wear it on my cock while I fuck your family to death!"

Mortifer is able to climb his way up the wing, and launches himself yet again towards the rider. This time Balerion is able to judge the jump of the man and catch the gargantuan man's foot and tripping the huge man, making Mortifer landing with a sickening crunch against the dragons snout, nearly missing the spikes that decorate the head and making it so Mortifer and Balerion can look each other straight in the eye. Mortifer wouldn't have gotten his nickname of monstrous though if a little collision ended his rampage, so instead of just picking himself up Mortifer decides to drive his spiked (cause lets face it he's a walking tank, if he doesn't have spiked Plate mail then he is a failure..) metal foot straight up over the dragon's nostril tearing a hole in the dragon's snout larger then a small mace driving the once great dragon backwards in pain. Just too really show the dragon who's boss though, Mortifer reaches up with his longaxe and starts hacking wildly at the dragon's eye.
Aegon realizing shit is going bad, once again tries to sooth his companion and get him to take flight once again. Balerion is able to fight past it's pain and do what its master wants and beats its wings several time starting to take off and manages to begin its ascent back over the ocean. Luckily this makes Mortifer forget about his assault on the Dragon's eye and stop momentarily to keep his footing on the now rising dragon.
Meanwhile, Auron's archers are firing wildly at the giant bulk of the Dragon trying to sneak one or two arrows past the giant barbarian and the flapping wings to hit the dragon rider. Most of these arrows bounce harmlessly off the dragon but a couple embed themselves into it's wings poking small holes into the wing's webbing.
Balerion takes 68 damage from Mortifer for 2 wounds (due to Longaxe's special ability), and takes another 10 damage from Auron's Archers. but is able to take flight.
Mortifer took 20 damage mitigated by Armor and can now advance to Aegon, go for Balerion's eye, or jump off now before they get to a height that landing would really hurt.

Undeterred at being tossed about like a rag doll, Mortifer could only grin as he shoved his armored foot depper into the dragon's bleeding snout and removed his axe from the beast's eye. For one horrifying second he made eye contact with the rider in his saddle, pointing at him with his axe head before driving it into the center of Balerion's skull like he was splitting wood.
"I'm going to pull half your guts out yer mouth and the other half out yer arse, then let my wolves play tug o' war with you!" he threatened, laughing as he hacked away at the monstrous beast, hooking his armored boot in its wounded snout and and wedging his massive shield between its scales so he could remain firmly in place.

Auron politely ignored the Vale king instead of filling him with arrows for presuming to make promises on behalf of Dorne, and generally being a fucking nuisance.
"Notch! Aim! Draw! Fire!"

As Balerion rose off the ground and headed out towards the ocean, Aegon shifted his gaze towards the monstrous man clinging on his dragon's snout. His mind was racing and he barely registered whatever words were directed his way. For a second he contemplated ordering Balerion to bathe the man with fire. He knew that the bodies of dragons were very resistant to fire, particularly their own flames, which don't even damage their own mouths as they expel them. It would take only a word. But Aegon also quickly realised while Balerion would not likely be badly affected, that he himself was not impervious to dragon-flame.
As the ground raced away from them, he glanced down towards the straps holding him in his dragon-saddle and then to the water below them and brandished Blackfyre at the axe-man. He held on grimly to the saddle with his non-sword hand.
Let the dragon do what he would.

King Arryn shrugged; he'd done everything he could have, not even a King can win every single time. He climbed back on his eagle, flew a couple yards away and resumed to watch the confusion from afar, no one would benefit from him to gettingg pierced by dozens of dornish arrows.

The next moments of the fight are a whirlwind of action as Mortifer continued to attempt at splitting Balerion's skull open with Icebreaker he manages to chop past much of the scales that cover Balerion's face and gets one last swing in at the real skin and bone of the giant dragon cracking the things head open like a cork board as Mortifers axe nearly misses the brain of the beast.
Finally being able to do what he does second best, Balerion starts doing an aerial version of the river dance paired with a rollar coaster that kills half of its riders before it gets to its first loopy loop. If it wasn't for the many iron chains holding Aegon in place on the saddle he would have been tossed like a ragdoll from the dragon. Mortifer as it where is more then lucky as he starts holding on the Dragon with all of his might. Even using his axe as an anchor embedded in the dragon's skull doesn't work as after several seconds of the aerial assault and gravity itself prying him from the dragon's mass he is uncapable of holding on for much longer and takes his leave of the dragon's body.
Meanwhile Auron's archers fire their arrows only to bounce off of the rapidly moving Balerion's scales uselessly.
Mortifer deals 34 damage to Balerion's skull and fleshy skin for two additional wounds.
Balerion's Athletics roll still beat Mortifer's athletics roll to remove the man from his body.

Mortifer attempts to latch onto one of the dragon's wings or limbs with his axe as he is flung from the top of its body, like a mountain climber desperately swinging a pickaxe to catch himself after losing his grip from a mountainside. He wondered what dragon brain tasted like.

Mortifer makes one last attempt at getting onto the dragon. By sheer force of will and luck he is able to hook his axe around the still spinning dragon's wing and clamor back aboard the pain train. When Mortifer finally gets his bearings again he see's that he is less then five feet from the bewildered Aegon.

Mortifer wrapped his legs around one of the saddle chains and swung at the bewildered Targaryen's pretty face, gruesome and specific death threats replaced now with a berserk yawp.

Used to fighting from his saddle, Aegon snarled in Valyrian and brought Blackfyre up to meet the monstrous man's onslaught.
Agility: 3d (1b Quickness), Animal Handling: 6d (2b Ride), Athletics: 4d (2b Strength), Fighting: 5d (3b Long Blades) Blackfyre
Animal Cohort (Dragon: Balerion) : +1d on all Fighting tests when Animal is present Weapon Mastery: +1 to Blackfyre's base Damage^. Long Blade Fighter III: +5 to Fighting test results against opponents without Shields
Think I've got everything applicable.
Doubt the following applies but I'll mention it anyway.
Admin Ability: +2 to all Warfare rolls, increasing by an additional +2 per round of combat, or +3 per round of a siege, up to a maximum of 20. Bonus is halved against opponents with an equal or greater Warfare skill, but is increased by half against opponents with a Warfare skill of 3 or lower, up to a maximum of 10 or 30 respectively. If Balerion is present the bonus is increased to double, up to a maximum of 40, with +6 per round.

Mortifer and Aegon square off both on the back of the mighty dragon. What follows next would be a good fight, if it wasn't so damn one sided. Mortifer's first attack is nearly enough to finish off the Targaryen Lord as Icebreaker does not discriminate between dragon scale or scale armor as the blade of the great axe leaves the side of the once would be king of Westeros a gaping hole with both bone and metal shards from his own armor poking out of Aegon's abdomen. In a painful retaliation he swings Blackfyre with all of his might, only for the dragon knight's wrist to be caught by the wildling king and cleanly snapped by the brutes indomitable strength.
Balerion continues his gymnastics to try and rid himself of the Mammoth man but Mortifer seems unfazed by the rapid movements of the giant dragon, only having to steady himself to keep from falling off the dragon.
Mortifer deals 62 damage to Aegon (after AR) for two wounds to Aegon.
DP's burned by both players negating the effect of each. New totals for DP: Mortifer: 0 Aegon: 0

The next 6 seconds of the battle prove to be very very bad for the Targaryen lord, as the next swing of the giant axe nearly cleaves his head in two killing him instantly. (I'll leave zack's great imagination to elaborate further)
Balerion is still incapable of knocking off the man who just killed his master, but the force of his movements brings Mortifer to a knee and he has to hold on again lest he fall off.
Mortifer deals another 62 damage to Aegon (After AR) for another two wounds to the former dragon king. RIP. <3

Mortifer takes the sissy man's sword and cuts his head off, tying it by the long silver hair to his belt. Now he was in a conundrum, as he was not sure how to get down. He shrugged. He knew one way.
Taking Icebreaker in one hand and Blackfyre in the other after hanging his massive shield on his back, he began wildly hacking at the wounded dragon, seeking to finish the job before it got any higher.
