Background:
Lucion is the second son of Lord Martyn Lannister, and seemingly inherited nothing from his father. At the age of 3, he fell seriously ill, and it seemed he would not live to see 4 years. Though he eventually recovered, he has always been a bit prone to illness since then.
For the rest of his childhood, it became apparent just how far the apple had fallen from the tree. While his father was a talented swordsman, Lucion seemed incapable of learning even basic Martial skills. Where his Father was known to be a calpable commander, Lucion never even started down that path. Where his father was Taciturn, and a difficult man to like, Lucion had a way with words. And where his father was an honest man, seemingly incalpable of lying, Lucion proved a natural liar.
This talent for deception allowed him to get away with much, since his father was usually more focused on his older brother. At 12 however, he went too far.
Exactly what Lancel and Janos Hills (Both 16) did to Lucion is unknown, however his response was out of proportion. He talked the two bastard brothers into a scheme to make some gold from robbing local travellers, and then when said scheme went wrong he convinced his father that they had strong armed him into helping them avoid the guards at Lannisport. As a result the 2 of them were branded outlaws, and forced to flee.
While this seemed to have been without consequences, when he was 15, and out of the city for a time, events caught up with him. While stopping at a tavern, Lucion was abducted by Janos and Lancel, who wanted him to have his father take the bounty off of their heads. Thankfully the Guards Lucion had with him were able to find the 3 of them quickly, killing Lancel and forcing Janos to flee. However while he came out of the abduction unscathed, Lucion learnt a lesson in discretion, and to avoid making enemies without reason.
Since then Lucion has been present at courts all across the south, arriving in Highgarden 3 years ago, where he has become a local element, since he makes an effort to know everyone of importance, and many people not so important, in the city.
