Warden of the Quiet Isle: a mysterious man that showed up after the earthquake from the quiet isle. It is said he trapped unsuspecting onlookers with the light from a lantern, before capturing them and taking them to the isle now surrounded by the smoke from the doom. He has developed a cult following among young men and women who think he is a harbinger of the doom come from beneath the water.
