A moderate keep considering the size of the town, both of the kings have set up shop here and the general flow of nobles hoping to get a hint of how the meeting is going is consistent as they mill about the Great Hall getting to know their Host; Lord Hoster Pyne.

Lucion entered the Great hall, intent on scoping out the people of interest, particularly lord Pyne. His guards were left outside the hall, bringing armed men in seemed like a poor decision.

Lord Pyne was an aged man in his 50s, he can be seen sitting in a comfy chair raised on a small dias at the end of the Great Hall. His steward is standing next to him and probably running numbers through the Lord's ear.

Lucion approached Lord Pyne, intent on finding out what he could straight from the source. "Lord Pyne" he said, bowing politely.

Lord Pyne looked at the newcomer with a hint of curiosity before trying to remember who the man was exactly when his steward whispered something into his ear. "Master Lucian, I wasn't aware your father was sending a delegation to this meeting." He said with a nod of his head akin to a bow.

"It is prudent to have people present for such events, My lord" Lucion said "Even if at a distance"

"Yeah, I let them use a couple rooms in the house, and haven't even been let into that wing of my keep since they got there." Pyne admits, "Can hear shouting on occasion though, too muffled to make out the words.

"Your telling me." Lord Pyne says with a grumble. "But enough, there is a feast tonight to honor the negotiations between the Kings. I trust you will be there to represent your family and the west." Pyne continues on about menu items, but the start of a commotion can be heard coming from outside, before too long and just in time to interrupt lord Pyne pine about baked eel and crab pie a guard runs into the hall to announce. "Milord's a dragon has just appeared flying in from the south!"

"A dragon milord." The guard says again looking around sheepishly like he wasn't believed. "Rid... flying in from the east." The guard elaborates.
Lord Pyne is looking at the guard bewildered. "Does the dragon look to be making an attack?' He starts to say before waving the guard off. "I must see this for myself. Come Lannister, let us go look for this dragon."

Lucion agreed to follow, though inside he wondered why anyone with any sense would willing go looking for a dragon.

Once they are outside they are just in time to see the dragon fly off with one of the Vale's giant eagles leading it away from the village. They both stand there as the chaos at the prospect of facing an oncoming fire storm subsides since the dragon is flying away from the city..
Lucian by chance happens to glance back at the door they had just vacated and see's two men coming out. One of them eloquently dressed in white and gold silks with a scarf elaborately embroidered with intersecting seven pointed stars hanging from his shoulders. The other is an elderly man wearing plain clothes as if he just finished tending his garden on the side of the keep.
Both men look up at the fleeing dragon and the older one laughs. "Told you that wasn't smoke from someone's kitchen that we saw from the window you pansy." He states pointedly, tapping a weirwood cane against the floor multiple times. "I am disappointed it isn't your camp burning though." the High King Reed claims with a hint of genuine sorrow in his voice as he looks at both camps in the distance too see both of them putting out small fires.
